Cameras
Cameras capture the farm and send footage to an Edge AI device. Recommended installation height is 2.2–2.5 meters.

edgefarm is a contactless livestock management solution powered by Intflow’s Omni-Sync AI vision technology. It analyzes pig growth and behavior through camera imagery to support farm management decisions.
Collect and analyze data in real time across three areas: performance management, potential health issues, and biosecurity.

Omni-Sync connects previously scattered video feeds, giving you an at-a-glance view of conditions in the pig barn.

Automatically count animals entering and leaving, from piglets to finishing pigs, and measure herd-average weight and daily gain in real time. Herd-level data supports feeding management and shipment decisions.
Automatic entry and shipment counts / Estimated herd-average weight / Precise daily gain estimates / Growth trend records

AI analyzes pig footage captured by cameras. Detection and tracking calculate each animal's activity and time spent in defined areas. Below-average activity may flag an animal as potentially unwell.
Activity and reduced-vigor monitoring / Livestock inventory / Environmental data integration, including temperature / Planned expansion to integrated farm-environment monitoring

Automatically recognize arriving vehicles and people and check for protective clothing to reduce biosecurity blind spots. A siren alerts staff to anomalies, while QR-based entry records show who entered and when.
Automatic vehicle and person recognition / Protective-clothing detection / Siren alerts / QR-based access records
Our proprietary, patented technology covers the entire process, from detecting and tracking pigs to estimating weight.

Patent 10-2743688 · Apparatus and method for detecting individual animals from video
A neural network designed for animal detection identifies each pig's position, orientation, and occupied area. Instead of relying on ordinary rectangular boxes, it accounts for body rotation to distinguish animals facing different directions and adopting different postures.
Trained on more than 2.5 million posture records, including 700,000 cattle and 1.8 million pig records, the technology classifies four pig postures and seven cattle postures for applications including disease surveillance and abnormal behavior detection.
Patent 10-2417870 · Apparatus and method for identifying individual animals from video
Link detected animals across video frames to record paths and behavioral changes. Follow individuals and herds over time to establish a data foundation for identifying abnormal behavior.

Patent 10-2506029 · Video-based apparatus and method for monitoring individual livestock growth trends
Analyze body shape and size to estimate weight and provide herd averages and growth trends. Continuously accumulate data to inform shipment timing and feeding plans.
edgefarm connects cameras, Edge AI, servers, and mobile and web interfaces. Farm footage is analyzed locally, with relevant results stored and delivered to users.
Cameras capture the farm and send footage to an Edge AI device. Recommended installation height is 2.2–2.5 meters.
Analyze the information you need locally while reducing storage costs. Product-specific analysis, such as animal movement and weight, can continue even with a slow internet connection.
Store on-site analysis results and event records on the server, managing continuity when connectivity is unreliable.
View movement records and growth information on mobile and web dashboards, alongside alerts and live video.
edgefarm can be used for various livestock species, including cattle and pigs, to suit each customer’s needs.

Equipment and deployment requirements vary by farm size, environment, and product. We assess your site during consultation and explain installation and maintenance arrangements.
Cameras need a stable view of the pen, along with suitable power and network access. We review site conditions and recommend an installation height and configuration.
Keep the camera view clear and maintain recommended installation conditions for accurate analysis. Detailed operating guidance is provided during installation.
Camera contamination, lighting changes, and network outages can affect results. If an issue occurs, first check the equipment and connections.
Support varies by country and site conditions. Send us your location and farm details so we can check availability.
Capacity depends on the camera's field of view, installation height, pen layout, and animal density. We recommend a configuration based on your site's conditions.
