Information collected and collection methods

We collect information that users enter in the inquiry form and send to us.

Required: inquiry type, company, name, email, subject, and message

Optional: phone number and solution of interest

Do not include sensitive information, such as resident registration numbers, that is unnecessary for handling your inquiry.

The current form opens your email app. We receive the inquiry only when you actually send the email.

Purposes of processing and consent

With your consent, we process personal information to receive inquiries, identify the sender, provide solution consultations, review partnership proposals, and respond.

You may refuse consent. However, if you do not consent to the collection and use of required information, you cannot submit an inquiry using the form. Optional fields may be left blank.

Retention and deletion

We delete personal information without delay once its collection and use purposes, such as handling and responding to an inquiry, have been fulfilled. If applicable law requires retention, we retain it for the period required by that law.

The responsible staff member reviews whether information still needs to be retained. Electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be recovered or reproduced, and paper documents are shredded.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties beyond the purposes for which it was collected and used, except with separate consent or where permitted by law.

Cookies and access information

Cookies are small pieces of information that websites store in your browser. You can delete or restrict cookies in your browser's privacy and security settings.

The current inquiry form does not implement separate marketing-cookie collection. The types and retention periods of cookies, access logs, and IP information processed by hosting services and external content must be confirmed and reflected before the official launch.

Your rights and how to exercise them

You may request access to, correction or deletion of, restriction of processing of, or withdrawal of consent for your personal information. We verify your identity and process requests under applicable law. If a request is restricted by law, we will explain why.
